Holdmark and The John Paul Foundation joined many other businesses in Sydney on December 2017 to bring smiles of joy to over 4,500 special needs children as part of the Sydney Special Children's Christmas Party.

Rosehill Gardens Racecourse was transformed on Tuesday 5 December 2017 into buzzing, joyful and excited chaos with 4,500 children, their parents and carers from all over Sydney and its regional areas celebrating Christmas a little early.

Celebrities, entertainment and presents

The kids were treated to a day of celebrities, interaction with Super Heroes, stage shows, entertainment, face painting, food and presents. Daryl Brohman (the Big Man) was in fine form booming love and cheer to everyone near him. There were NRL heroes all around as well. A wonderful day of community giving.

Smiles stayed and grew

The smiles of joy on each child's face grew larger when they entered the present cave with their Santa bags. There they received 4 or more presents together with a large soft toy. And they had time with Santa!

Holdmark and The John Paul Foundation were pleased to support this unique event. Members of Holdmark and the Foundation's board attended and witnessed first-hand the joy and pleasure each child received from everyone involved.

A truly humbling and joyful experience. We were pleased to be part of "putting a smile on each child's face for the day".
