Christmas Message 2019

To the entire Holdmark Family, I want to share my best wishes and deliver a message from the bottom of my heart.

To begin with, I would like to say that I am extremely grateful and proud of the work you do every day. Christmas is a time that brings us many pleasant memories, and also gives us the opportunity to give thanks. We must prepare ourselves to celebrate this feast with our hearts full of hope, charity and love, and to share it with all the people around us.

Property Development is for the disciplined, the creative and the courageous. It is not for the lazy or complacent. To succeed you need to surround yourself with people who are smart, passionate, energetic and, of paramount importance, people you can trust. People with the highest level of integrity.

Development is also a business for dreamers, for people who at some level cannot live in the real world. You have to be a little mad; you have to see things that others cannot. Looking back on Shepherds Bay, there is no better example.

A development that has been in the pipeline for over 15 years. The development was built over nine stages and is the jewel in the Holdmark Property portfolio to date. A project that I am very proud to have delivered with your assistance. Thank you!

So, let me share with you some visual statistics on Shepherd’s Bay so I can put into perspective the size and scale of this beautiful new urban transformation.

Shepherd’s Bay is home to around 6,000 people in 1,990 apartments. The amount of concrete used in the project would fill 45 Olympic Swimming Pools. The amount of steel would build two new Anzac Bridge’s. However these materials and statistics would not have been possible without your passion and dedication.

In closing on behalf of my family, I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous New Year. May God bless you all. Now let’s all celebrate what has been a great 2019 and keep the good work going into 2020. I’m looking forward to what the future holds for us all.

Warm Regards,

Sarkis Nassif
