Holdmark awarded Best Industrial Development at peer awards

Holdmark Property Group was recently judged Best Industrial design at the 2013 Urban Taskforce Design Excellence Awards for the purpose built Knorr Bremse (Australia) state of the art office and warehouse complex in Granville.

Sarkis Nassif, Managing Director, Holdmark Property Group proudly accepted the award saying The award recognises Holdmark’s dedication to meeting our clients needs and the strong ties with architects, designers and contractors we have formed over the years.

We continually strive for excellence in all areas of development and this award reiterates our reputation as builders who pay attention to the clients needs and who deliver state of the art green design and quality finishing.

It’s the second time Knorr Bremse and Holdmark have partnered to develop a purpose built complex, building on a 10 year relationship with the international manufacturer. The development includes: 2,364 square metres of office, factory and warehouse, 181 new car parking spaces in an underground car park and 1,589 square metres of landscaping and gardens.

In addition, Landmark Burwood Towers was judged runner up in Mixed Use Development Category at the Awards ceremony. ?We are immensely proud of that development and having our expert peers deem the Towers as worthy runners up in a highly competitive field is a fine achievement for Holdmark. Mr Nassif said.

The awards are testament to our strong foundations and we endeavour to continue providing best practice environments for our clients and investors.

Landmark Burwood Towers was completed in 2010 and enquiries for residential or commercial tenants can be made through the Holdmark website. The Knorr Bremse development was completed in 2012.
