Hello Neighbour! A Community Welcome for Burwood Place

On November 22, Holdmark was proud to introduce Hello Neighbour! A vibrant community event within the existing Burwood Plaza bringing together residents, families, and visitors for the chance to enjoy a morning of engaging performances with free bubble tea and coffee for refreshments. Hello Neighbour! opened a welcoming space where the public could meet our team, learn more about the Burwood Place development, and share their opinions and questions.

Shoppers enjoyed a showcase of diverse performances, from K-pop dance covers to Bollywood drumming and dancing, Enjoyable for all ages, also children lining up for free face painting and balloon characters.

While the entertainment and activities were a highlight, the heart of the event was the opportunity for genuine conversation concerning Burwood Place developments. We wanted to give residents a chance to meet the team behind Burwood Place, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the vision shaping this landmark new development. Our team was on hand throughout the day, engaging in open discussions about housing options, retail and commercial opportunities, and the exciting new spaces designed for relaxation, dining, and connection.
