From the centre of civic and business life to an abandoned space, cloaking its architectural beauty behind locked doors, the iconic building at 264 Church Street Parramatta has seen significant change over its impressive lifespan to date.

Now, the former Westpac Bank building is about to commence another transformation into a welcoming and safe space filled with laughter, music, and great food and drink as we work to build Hotel Parramatta. When complete, 264 Church Street will offer rooftop dining, local brewhouse beers and Parramatta’s first-ever jazz bar.

Due for completion in 2026, we’re proud to be continuing the Holdmark tradition of delivering world-class places and spaces to connect and grow in Sydney’s west.
