We are honoured to have received Urban Taskforce’s 2025 Design Excellence Award for Hotel Design for our latest hospitality offer at 388 Lane Cove Road, Macquarie Park.

Architects, Group GSA and Holdmark’s construction team worked with the hotel operator, Veriu Group, to deliver a highly scalable, guest-centric accommodation model. The hotel’s design cleverly incorporated architectural and functional elements that tell a story while enhancing guest amenity and supporting environmental sustainability.
