O’Connell St Caddens

Caddens Corner Stage 2 is set to deliver over 14,000sqm of communal public space, a new commercial and retail space of just under 10,000sqm about 477 apartments, including one, two and three-bedrooms options.

Ideally located less than 10 mins walk from Western Sydney University’s Werrington and Kingswood campuses, and TAFE NSW Kingswood campus, the area is well serviced by public transport, including Sydney Metro, passenger rail and bus services.

Consultation on the proposed development was carried out with the Community on 7 & 9 June 2025 and with Traditional Owner groups on 7 & 10 March and 5 May. The outcomes of consultation have been documented and will be included in planning documents submitted to the NSW Government with our State Significant Development Application later this year.

We are progressing our plans for the development of 68-80 O’Connell Street, Caddens. Once approved the development will deliver a new civic heart at Caddens, providing an extension of the existing Caddens Corner, creating a central gathering place for the community, and breathing life into the emerging mixed-use precinct.
