Caddens Corner Stage 2

Set within a leafy green environment, Caddens Corner Stage 2, promises to deliver a diverse and vibrant community, embracing ‘Country ‘and cultural narratives to create a new place to call home in Sydney’s growing western suburbs.

Caddens Corner Stage 2 is set to deliver over 14,000sqm of communal public space, a new commercial and retail space of just under 10,000sqm about 477 apartments, including one, two and three-bedrooms options.

Ideally located less than 10 mins walk from Western Sydney University’s Werrington and Kingswood campuses, and TAFE NSW Kingswood campus, the area is well serviced by public transport, including Sydney Metro, passenger rail and bus services.
